Dave is a professionally qualified trainer in the joint fields of Inter personal Communication and Conflict Management. Prior to becoming a full-time management and workforce trainer, Dave enjoyed a long career in the public transport and security industries - including 5 years running his own business - giving him rich and varied firsthand experience of the value of the skills he teaches, both in dealing with the general public and with colleagues under pressure at all levels.

Dave's experience has nurtured a passion, motivated ethically as well as professionally, for his area of expertise. He runs structured and accredited courses in professional qualifications for career advancement and these have an excellent student success rate. He also provides non-professional workshops for general interest, as well as individual consultations to address specific fears or issues.

Dave is a qualified Health & Safety risk assessor, first aider, and City & Guild certified invigilator and assessor.
