Counselling
Maxine has been counselling for 9 years and has experience working with clients suffering from depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, anger and loss. She has also trained in working with couples and people suffering from eating distress.
She works in a client-centred way and believes wholeheartedly in the power of a confidential and trusting relationship to effect change. She helps clients find their own way through their present difficulties to a place of self-acceptance and wholeness. She works as a voluntary counsellor for young people in Reading.
