Yoga
Yoga is an ancient, holistic discipline that helps with personal development and well-being. Yoga includes physical postures, breathing exercises and stillness/ relaxation practices. Its benefits are many: improved strength, flexibility, mental clarity, and more peace of mind.
A regular yoga practice is the best way to achieve results with yoga. This inevitably leads the student to the topic of developing a regular home practice.
The aim of Luc's yoga classes is to prepare the student for a safe and beneficial personal yoga practice, i.e. yoga activity ‘in between classes’.
They run over 10 Monday evenings at The Therapy Centre. Classes at 6:00 – 7:15 p.m. and 7:30 – 8:00 p.m.
Since 2005 Luc has been studying and practicing yoga with Paul Harvey, one of the UK's foremost yoga authorities. Recently Luc has also done work with Srivatsa Ramaswami, a yoga master from India.
Luc has been teaching yoga classes at The Therapy Centre since June 2008, and they've been in popular demand from the outset.
